Privacy

The Privacy Act 1993 provides you with the right to request access to, and seek correction of, any personal information held by Tim Flowers and or Zero Risk Limited and by the provider of any insurance products or services. 

Information provided by you or your authorised agents will be used by Zero Risk Limited and such product/service provider for the purpose of providing advice to you.  It may also be made available to any legal or compliance advisers of the Zero Risk Limited, or such product/service provider and claims investigators who may need access to such information for the purpose of processing administering any business you may seek to transact as a result of our advice.

The information will be held in the offices of Zero Risk Limited at 34 Ruapehu Street Taupo or any other registered office of Zero Risk Limited.

My records will include information which you supply to me, and can include:

• Income details

• Financial evidence used for any insurance application

• Personal medical  history used for any insurance application

• Needs Analysis profile

• Recommendations made

• Policy schedules

• Proposal Forms

• Other documentation necessary to transact business on your behalf

Records will be retained while you are a client and for seven years after our arrangement ends.
